What is the Club Class Bus?

It is a silver double decker bus, equipped with a superb sound system and party lighting. It can be used for any occasion and the Club Class Cabin Crew are always on hand to make sure you are having a great time.

Are all your buses the same in every location?

All our buses are double decker vehicles and have all the equipment for a great party atmosphere. In London (Premium Tour), Edinburgh , Manchester , Newcastle & Glasgow we operate our own Club Class Buses. In all other locations, we operate through our sister companies who have similar buses that can be booked through us.

Where do you operate?

We operate on board our silver double deckers in Edinburgh , Glasgow , Newcastle and Manchester . We operate the Club Class Premium in London . We also operate through our sister companies in London , Leeds, Birmingham , Bristol , Bath , Brighton, Bournemouth and Cardiff .

Do you serve alcohol onboard?

We do not serve any alcohol onboard. Some of our packages include complimentary shooters. In some locations you are permitted to bring a small amount of your own alcohol (no more than 2 units per person) onboard although spirits are not permitted. Please call us to check if this is permitted in your location. Please note, we do not provide any glasses or openers. We DO NOT ALLOW any glass bottles or containers.

Do you have a minimum number to book?

On Saturday evenings, there is no minimum number to book. On other days of the week, we normally require a minimum group size (varies per city, 20 in Edinburgh/Glasgow/Manchester and Newcastle ); however, we can often accommodate smaller groups. (Please call us on 0870 043 3744)

Is there a minimum age restriction?

Yes - all group members must be 18 and over. If you are under 23 years old you must bring a valid identification for proof of age (driving licence or passport). For Club Class Premium bookings, all group members must be over 21 years old.

Do you provide Accommodation?

Yes, we can offer accommodation from Budget to 4 Star Hotels in each of our locations. We have all inclusive weekend packages which include meal & night club tours. We only offer accommodation in central locations and you will be given details of all accommodation two weeks prior to the event. Check weekend packages for what we can offer in your location.

Do you provide other daytime activities?

Yes we have a wide range of activities in all our locations. Check activities for details of what we can offer in your location.

Can we have the bus to ourselves?

This depends on availability - please contact us and we will tell you if this is possible. Private bookings are unlikely to be accommodated on Saturday evenings, but are possible on most Friday evenings.

What happens if I have paid my deposit and I have to change my date?

If there is availability on your preferred date, we are more than happy to change the date of your booking. This must be at least one month prior to your initial booking date. Additionally, we are happy to keep any bookings open for a maximum of 3 months after the original booking date.

Can you guarantee entry into all venues?

We cannot guarantee entry if you are too drunk or if there is a specific reason the management of the venue refuse entry. Having said this, we have a good understanding with all of the venues we work with and they are aware that people are having a good night out and are generally very accommodating (within reason).

Are any of these of the venues we use over 21?

All the venues we use are for 18 years and above but we recommend anyone under 23 years of age to carry valid photo identification just in case (driving licence or passport). If you are travelling on the Club Class Premium in London all passengers must be over the age of 21.

Is there a dress code, and can we come in fancy dress?

Yes there is a dress code - smart casual, no trainers & no jeans (this only applies to men). Fancy dress is acceptable but you must advise us prior to the event so we can warn the venues. There are specific venues in a number of cities where fancy dress is not permitted so it is essential that you warn us prior to the night if this is applicable.

How long do you spend in each venue?

Approximately 1 hour at each venue but the Cabin Crew will let you know when it is time to leave.

Do I have to bring anything on the night?

We advise bringing your confirmation sheet. Our staff will have your details and will find you at the pick up venue. We do not issue tickets.

Is there a better way to celebrate a Birthday, Hen Night, Stag Night or Christmas Party?

No, this is an amazing way to experience the best nightlife in each city, without the queues and the hassle. Enjoy a fantastic double decker with your own Cabin Crew to look after you!

On the night.....

Can we bring our own music?

Yes, just give your CD's to the Cabin Crew and demand they play them! Please note: we only play decent music (Back Street Boys is not good music, but a Michael Jackson classic is always allowed)

Do we have the bus to ourselves?

If you have booked a private hire, you obviously get the bus to yourselves. On our Night club tours, there is normally more than one group onboard. Most people are there for the same reason - to celebrate and have a great time.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a £100.00 deposit (non refundable) to secure your booking, this comes off your total bill when you pay the balance (28 days prior to your booking). You will be asked to give an estimate of the number of people in your group, but you don't need to confirm this until 28 days prior to your booking. You can always add people on closer to the booking date. We also require a £200 Accidental Damage Bond.

What is the £200 bond for?

The bond will not be cashed unless the Customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred on the evening from any non accidental damage or anti social behaviour.

How do I pay it?

A bond of £200 is required from the Customer on receipt of full payment. This bond will be taken in the form of a debit or credit card details. There will be nothing charged against the card unless there is damage etc caused by your party. We will call you if you have not already passed your details on to the office.

How can I pay?

The following cards are accepted (Switch, Maestro, Visa & Mastercard). Please note there is an additional 4% charge on all credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to On A Roll Entertainment Ltd and sent to:

Accounts Department, On A Roll Entertainment, Head Office, 105 Hanover Street , Second Floor, Edinburgh EH2 1DJ. Please include the date of your booking, your full name, address and the location of your booking (e.g Edinburgh , London ).
