1.1 The Customer shall pay the full price to On A Roll Entertainment Ltd and the Customer is to ensure that the required deposit is paid upon booking. The deposit is non refundable.
1.2 The Customer shall pay the full price (less any deposit paid) within 28 days of the event. Should this not happen then On A Roll Entertainment Ltd shall consider the event to be cancelled and the deposit will be non refundable. Once full payment is received no refunds will be issued. Customers can transfer bookings to an alternative date, this is dependant on availability.
1.3 What the price includes is specifically stated in the brochures and leaflets published by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd. Bar and Nightclub entry is at the discretion of the venue. If drinks or shooters are stated on our literature only one drink voucher per person, per bar will be issued (Not applicable in London and Manchester). The drink may change and this is out with the control of On a Roll Entertainment Ltd.
1.4 Prices do not include carriage to any other destination other than from the designated pick-up point and between the designated venues.
2 BOOKINGS
2.1 Bookings are required at all times and can only be made by contacting the On A Roll Entertainment Ltd direct via telephone, email, writing or via our websites
2.2 A contract shall not come into existence between On A Roll Entertainment Ltd and the Customer until such time as a deposit is received and confirmed by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd.
2.3 The Customer shall be responsible for disclosing all information requested and any failure to do so, either through omission or accuracy, may result in the cancellation of the event at the discretion of On A Roll Entertainment Ltd.
2.4 Unless On A Roll Entertainment Ltd is notified of Cancellation 28 days prior to the event date by the Customer, the Customer shall be liable to indemnify On A Roll Entertainment Ltd in full for loss, costs, damages and charges incurred by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd as a result of the cancellation.
3 TICKETS
3.1 The Customer (Group Leader) will need to be in possession of a valid confirmation sheet prior to boarding the Vehicle and prior to entering any Venues, unless otherwise arranged.
3.2 Anybody not in possession of a valid confirmation sheet will not be entitled to access the Vehicles or the Venues.
3.3 Confirmation sheets are not transferable and can only be used by the passenger for whom the ticket was issued
unless authorised by the recipient in writing to On a Roll Entertainment Ltd.
4 VOUCHERS
4.1 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged vouchers.
4.2 Vouchers are only redeemable for Club Class Bus Nightclub Tours in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester.
4.3 Vouchers, issued by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd, to the value of £20 are only redeemable against one group booking and may be used at any time. Vouchers, issued by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd, to the value of more than £20 can be split between bookings and are only valid from January to November in any given year.
4.4 All vouchers are transferable for use by another person with authorisation from the recipient.
5 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to make all members of their party aware of the details of our terms and conditions.
5.2 The Customer should be at the designated pick-up point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
5.3 We do not encourage alcohol on the Vehicles however 3 standard units are permitted per person per event. However we do not permit glass bottles on board. Alcohol is NOT permitted on board in Glasgow, London (Classic Tour), Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham and Blackpool. The Customer shall be liable for all damage caused to the Vehicle. There is a standard cleaning charge of £40 for extreme mess (confetti, silly string, vomit). The client must pay this on the occasion of the event.
5.4 Should On A Roll Entertainment Ltd incur any costs as a result of the Customers actions then On A Roll Entertainment Ltd shall be entitled to recover these costs in addition to the Price already charged.
5.5 A bond of £200 is required from the Customer two days prior to the night. This bond will be taken in the form of a debit or credit card. The bond will not be cashed unless the Customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred on the evening.
5.6 In all instances it is the Customer who will be deemed liable and not an individual. Any complaints, irrespective of nature, must be
received by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd in writing, within 7 days of the Event.
5.7 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd accepts no responsibility for items left on the Vehicle by the Customer.
5.8 All customers must be smartly dressed; no jeans or trainers are permitted. All customers under 23 must carry valid identification.
6 ON A ROLL ENTERTAINMENT LTD RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to the negligence of an On A Roll Entertainment Ltd employee.
6.2 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, consequential loss, inconvenience or delay arising out of the breakdown or failure of any Vehicles or from circumstances beyond the control of On A Roll Entertainment Ltd.
6.3 The Customer will not be allowed to remain on the Vehicle whilst in the view of On A Roll Entertainment Ltd, if the Customer is under the influence of Class A, B, C drugs or have consumed in excess of alcohol.
6.4 Failure to comply with any of the above may result in the customer being required to leave the vehicle or the venue in the interests of the fellow Customers. Should this happen there will be no entitlement to any compensation and On A Roll Entertainment Ltd shall be under no further obligation or liability to that customer.
6.5 Every care will be exercised by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd in the arrangement of the Event, however, On A Roll Entertainment Ltd accepts no liability for unexpected and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of On A Roll Entertainment Ltd.
6.6 Changes may be made to the Event to respond to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances, On A Roll Entertainment Ltd being entitled to exercise their discretion as appropriate.
7 GENERAL CONDITIONS
7.1 No Servant or agent of On A Roll Entertainment Ltd can vary these conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed and authorised by On A Roll Entertainment Ltd director.
7.2 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd may require any person to withdraw from any event at any time should it be deemed their acts offensive or a nuisance to the other customers. Should this happen then there will be no entitlement to any refund or compensation and On A Roll Entertainment Ltd shall be under no further obligation or liability.
7.3 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd will not be liable to the Customer (other than for death or personal injury resulting from negligence) for any loss, injury or damage caused by third parties where such loss, injury or damage arises from the act or omission of the third party.
7.4 On A Roll Entertainment Ltd will not be responsible for the failure of the Customer (other than for death or personal injury resulting from the On A Roll Entertainment Ltd negligence) for any loss, injury or damage of any nature:
Arising from any breach of the Conditions or;
Any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of On A Roll Entertainment Ltd :In any other way out of or in connection with non-performance of or purported no performance of, or failure to perform the Services in accordance with the conditions: Shall be limited to the value of the Customers Booking only. Definitions of terms and conditions available on request. These conditions form the whole agreement between the Customer and On A Roll Entertainment Ltd and may not be removed, varied or transferred in any way. Scottish Law shall govern these conditions in all respects. Any Customer bringing an action against the On A Roll Entertainment Ltd submits to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
