Terms & Conditions

1 :PRICE


1.1 The Customer shall pay the full price to Club Class Bus Ltd and the Customer is to ensure that the required deposit is paid upon booking. Please note no booking can be held without the required deposit, the deposit is non refundable.
1.2 The Customer shall pay the full price (less any deposit paid) within 30 days of the event. Should this not happen then Club Class Bus Ltd has the right consider the event to be cancelled and the deposit will be non refundable. Once full payment is received no refunds will be issued. Customers can transfer bookings to an alternative date but this is dependant on availability.
1.3 What the price includes is specifically stated in the proposals and itineraries sent out by Club Class Bus Ltd. Bar and Nightclub entry is at the discretion of the venue. If drinks or shooters are stated on our literature then only one voucher per person, per bar bar will be issued (Not applicable in London and Glasgow). The drink may change or be refused and this is out with the control of Club Class Bus Ltd.
1.4 Prices do not include carriage to any other destination other than from the designated pick-up point and between the designated venues.

2: BOOKINGS


2.1 Bookings are required at all times and can only be made by contacting Club Class Bus Ltd direct via telephone, email, writing or via our websites.

2.2 A contract shall not come into existence between Club Class Bus Ltd and the Customer until such time as a deposit is received and confirmed by Club Class Bus Ltd.
2.3 The Customer shall be responsible for disclosing all information requested and any failure to do so, either through omission or accuracy, may result in the cancellation of the event at the discretion of Club Class Bus Ltd.
2.4 Unless Club Class Bus Ltd is notified of Cancellation 30 days prior to the event date by the Customer, the Customer shall be liable to indemnify Club Class Bus Ltd in full for loss, costs, damages and charges incurred by Club Class Bus Ltd as a result of the cancellation.

2.5 Club Class Bus Ltd reserves the right to alter without notice, routes, seating plans, type of coach and without making any changes to the price agreed. Club Class Bus Ltd reserves the right to cancel a journey or part thereof owing to difficulty in road transport, insufficient bookings or any other cause beyond Club Class Bus Ltd's control and in such cases all the monies will be refunded to the organiser where upon Club Class Bus Ltd shall be exempt from further liability.

3 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to make all members of their party aware of all of the booking details and our terms and conditions.
3.2 The Customer should be at the designated pick-up point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
3.3 We do not encourage alcohol on the Vehicles however 3 standard units are permitted per person per event. However we do not permit glass on board.
3.4 The Customer shall be liable for any damage caused to the Vehicle. There is a standard cleaning charge of £50 for extreme mess (confetti, silly string, vomit). The client must pay this on the occasion of the event.
3.5 Should Club Class Bus Ltd incur any costs as a result of the Customers actions then Club Class Bus Ltd shall be entitled to recover these costs in addition to the Price already charged.
3.6 A bond of £300 can be pre-authorised by Club Class Bus Ltd beofre the event, no money shall be taken unless the Customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred on the evening.
3.7 In all instances it is the Customer who will be deemed liable and not an individual. Any complaints, irrespective of nature, must be received by Club Class Bus Ltd in writing, from the customer and within 7 days of the Event.
3.8 Club Class Bus Ltd accepts no responsibility for items left on the Vehicle by the Customer.
3.9 Please note that it is the policy of Club Class Bus Ltd that staff will not use a clients personal belongings for example a camera to take photos, if a customer does request this then it is at their own risk and Club Class Bus Ltd will not be held responsible for any breakages or damage caused.
3.10 All customers must be smartly dressed; no ripped jeans or trainers are permitted, fancy dress is permitted but there can be nothing offensive or covering the face and entry into venues is at the door staff's discretion. If a customer is refused entry into any oof the venues, it is then at the discretion of the staff onboard the bus whether they be allowed to board the bus again. All customers under 25 must carry valid identification.

4:CLUB CLASS BUS LTD RESPONSIBILITIES


4.1 Club Class Bus Ltd accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to the negligence of a Club Class Bus Ltd employee.
4.2 Club Class Bus Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, consequential loss, inconvenience or delay arising out of the breakdown or failure of any Vehicles or from circumstances beyond the control of Club Class Bus Ltd.
4.3 The Customer will not be allowed to remain on the Vehicle whilst in the view of Club Class Bus Ltd, if the Customer is under the influence of Class A, B, C drugs or has consumed an excess of alcohol.
4.4 Failure to comply with any of the above may result in the customer being required to leave the vehicle or the venue in the interests of fellow Customers. Should this happen there will be no entitlement to any compensation and Club Class Bus Ltd shall be under no further obligation or liability to that customer.
4.5 Every care will be exercised by Club Class Bus Ltd in the arrangement of the Event, however, Club Class Bus Ltd accepts no liability for unexpected and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Club Class Bus Ltd.
4.6 Changes may be made to the Event to respond to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances, Club Class Bus Ltd being entitled to exercise their discretion as appropriate.
5 Mechanical Issues with the Bus
If the bus does not turn up for whatever reason, a full refund will be given to customers when the Head Office is next open.  If customers decide to change the tour to a walking tour then a 50% refund will be given.
If the bus has picked up the customer from the named meeting venue or the restaurant and taken them to the first venue, the bus then breaks down and cannot continue a 75% refund will be given.
If the bus has taken the groups from meeting bnue to the first venue and then the second venue but cannot continue due to mechanical failure then a 50% refund will be given.
If the bus has taken the groups to 3 venues but cannot take groups to the final Nightclub then a 25% refund will be given.
 
If the Generator which produces the music stops working and the back up music systems do not work then a refund of £5 per person will be given.
6 GENERAL CONDITIONS

5.1 No Servant or agent of Club Class Bus Ltd can vary these conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed and authorised by a Club Class Bus Ltd director.
5.2 Club Class Bus Ltd may require any person to withdraw from any event at any time should it be deemed their acts are offensive or a nuisance to the other customers. Should this happen then there will be no entitlement to any refund or compensation and Club Class Bus Ltd shall be under no further obligation or liability.
5.3 Club Class Bus Ltd will not be liable to the Customer (other than for death or personal injury resulting from negligence) for any loss, injury or damage caused by third parties where such loss, injury or damage arises from the act or omission of the third party.
5.4 Club Class Bus Ltd will not be responsible for the failure of the Customer (other than for death or personal injury resulting from the Club Class Bus Ltd negligence) for any loss, injury or damage of any nature:Arising from any breach of the Conditions or; any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of Club Class Bus Ltd : in any other way out of or in connection with non-performance of or purported non performance of, or failure to perform the Services in accordance with the conditions: shall be limited to the value of the Customers Booking only. Definitions of terms and conditions available on request.These conditions form the whole agreement between the Customer and Club Class Bus Ltd and may not be removed, varied or transferred in any way.Scottish Law shall govern these conditions in all respects. Any Customer bringing an action against the Club Class Bus Ltd submits to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
